Dr. Shahram Fazilat
Dr. Shahram Fazilat is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Society.
Dr. Fazilat grew up on the east coast and graduated from dental school from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the world’s first dental school. After dental school he spent a year completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida. Following his time in Florida, he started his Pediatric Specialty training at the Oregon Health & Science University where he received his specialty certificate.
Dr. Fazilat is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco. He is heavily involved in children outreach programs and has provided dental care for underprivileged children locally and abroad.
Dr. Fazilat is proud to have made the Bay Area his home and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is an avid photographer.

Dr. Mai Dinh
Dr. Dinh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Raised in France, she moved to the United States at the age of fourteen. She earned a B.S. in Biology at UC Berkeley and obtained her doctorate degree from UC San Francisco. At the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital, she completed her specialization in Pediatric Dentistry in conjunction with a Master of Science in Dentistry.
Dr. Dinh takes pride in guiding children through their early dental experiences. She’s passionate about developing cavity prevention habits with emphasis on healthy eating and effective tooth brushing strategies.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Dinh enjoys biking, running, and hiking. She loves finding insects, exploring tide pools, and jumping in puddles with her two children, Luke and Elise. She looks forward to getting to know your child and your family at your next dental visit!
Dr. Alaleh Zadmehr
Dr. Alaleh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco. After over a decade of practicing general dentistry focused on treatment of children, she furthered her expertise by completing a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at UCSF, in addition to a Masters degree in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences. Dr. Alaleh now serves as a volunteer Clinical Instructor at the UCSF Pediatric Dentistry Department, where she imparts her knowledge to residents and pre-doctoral students.
Dr. Alaleh strongly believes that every child should have access to the best dental care. In 2011, she spearheaded a fundraising effort, generating over $10,000 through Medical Missions for Children to establish a dental clinic in Gitwe, Rwanda. Dr. Alaleh's commitment extended beyond fundraising, as she personally traveled to Rwanda twice to provide essential training and provide dental care to the children in need.
Dr. Alaleh resides in Woodside with her husband and their two children. She is excited to help treat your child and to meet your family!
