Shadi

Practice Manager

Shadi has been with Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics family from the very beginning. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and has always had a passion for helping people. She grew up in the Washington DC area and still loves to visit and travel as much as she can. She loves seeing all of our adorable patients and strives to help make each of their visits run smoothly for the child and the parent. In her spare time, she loves to cook/bake and plan parties for her loved ones. She loves to spend time with her husband and two little girls as well as her friends and family from around the world. She is also fluent in Farsi. Shadi looks forward to welcoming you to our office!

Registered Dental Assistant

Lena enjoys being around kids and loves helping and educating others about the importance of oral hygiene. She loves playing volleyball, working out and spending time with family and friends. She aspires to travel the world while having a taste of each region’s delicious food. As a young child, Vanessa loved going to the dentist and now she strives to give the kids that come through the doors at Growing Smiles the same experience. She loves being at the beach, camping, antique hunting, and spending time with her family.

Marketing Coordinator/Registered Dental Assistant

Kaitlin began her career in the Pediatric Dental field in 2013. At the time, having nine nieces and nephews inspired her to make going to the dentist “fun”. Fast forward to now, she is an Aunt to 12 and has a child of her own. On her free time, she is chasing her baby and two dogs around the house. She loves to spend time with her husband while they watch the latest episode of the real housewives.

Leyna grew up in the Bay Area and has always enjoyed working and creating a bond with kids. In her free time, she likes going to the beach, trying new food places, and doing wordsearches. She looks forward to making dental visits fun, exciting, and comfortable for your child!

Jaqueline grew up in the Central Valley and moved to the Bay in 2019. She loves the outdoor activities like camping, swimming, and riding ATV’s. She also enjoys dancing to most Latin music. Jaqueline loves to make everyone smile and wants to make your visit to our office a fun one.

Alyssa a Bay Area native and grew up in San José. At a young age, she had a passion working with kids. This sparked her interest to study child developmental and then later found interest in the dental field where both of her passions could be combined. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and spending time with friends and family. She looks forward to making it a great dental experience for both the children and their parents!

Nicole is originally from Sonoma County and recently moved to the San Jose area after graduating with a degree in Psychology. When not in the office, she enjoys reading, watching movies, or spending time outdoors. She is excited to meet all the kiddos at Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics!

Karla grew up in San Francisco and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Karla indulging in her love for painting, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or planning her next travel adventure. Her passion for working with children stems from her background in mentorship, where she had the joy of guiding and inspiring young minds. She can’t wait to get to know you and your little ones, making your time at our office a memorable experience.

Cameryn grew up in Brentwood, CA and moved to the South Bay in 2023. She has been drawn to a career in the dental field since she was young and found her love for working in pediatric dentistry after she graduated college. When she is away from the office, you can find her walking her dog, camping in the redwoods, spending time at the beach, or listening to live music.
